4. Shipping Policy Summary
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. Many items ship with tracking, but some lower-cost or lightweight items may ship using untracked Standard Mail. Customers choosing untracked shipping assume full liability for lost or delayed packages. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered untracked items.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns for unwanted items are accepted within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping, which must include tracking. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved for return prior to shipping back. Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.
Exchanges must be processed as new purchases after an approved return.
6. Pricing & Taxes
Prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes unless otherwise noted. Taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Shopify fees and packaging costs are accounted for in the pricing structure.
7. Third-Party Items and Shipping Times
Some items may be shipped directly from our supplier. These items may have longer processing or delivery times. We will notify you if any delay occurs but cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines.

All personal information submitted through our site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect data for order processing, customer support, and marketing purposes. Your information is protected through Shopify’s secure platform.
