🔁 Refund & Return Policy – Shear Xcitement

We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be included

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)


📦 How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at ShearXcitement@outlook.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Returns must be approved before sending — unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be shipped with tracking.
Refunds are only issued once the returned item is received and inspected.


🔧 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged or defective, contact us right away so we can make it right.


🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Beauty, hygiene, or personal care products

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure if your item is returnable, feel free to contact us before ordering.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or color, please return the item (as above), and place a new order for the item you want.
Exchanges and return shipping are at the customer’s expense.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund
